Colonic Irrigation
In order to achieve optimum results from your Colonic Irrigation at Nutri-Cleanse, it is advisable not
to eat for an hour before the treatment
The first treatment will take 1.5 hours and subsequent treatments 1.25 hours.
Following the treatment,
there should be no side effects but we recommend that on the evening of the treatment you :
a) reduce spicy foods
b) be aware that alcohol will have more of an effect - if you still want
a glass
of wine,
thats fine but you may be 'giggly' more quickly than usual
Intolerance Testing
Please
drink plenty of water before the treatment to ensure we get a good reading and avoid taking any supplements for 2 days prior.
The test will take 1 hour.
Lymphatic Drainage
There are no specific requirements
before the treatment, but it is advisable to sip plenty of water after it. The treatment will take 1 hour. After the
session, it is normal to pass more urine as the body removes the waste cleaned by the treatment.
